General ManagerRonald Farah
With over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Administration in both Lebanon and GCC markets, Ronald leads Outsource2Lebanon’s talent assessment and recruitment strategy, playing a key role in sourcing and building on-demand employment markets for top clients. He holds a B.S. and MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Lebanese American University, Beirut, Lebanon.
Chief Marketing OfficerRita Jarjour
Rita holds a B.A. in Architecture from the Lebanese American University and holds a LEED green associate certification focused on sustainability and green buildings design. Her professional experience includes 5 years of working on international projects in the GCC and African markets. As an engineer with the Beirut office of Dar al Handasah (Shair and Partners), she witnessed first-hand the untapped potential of Lebanese talent and decided to dedicate her time matching Lebanon’s creative designers with business opportunities. She leads O2L’s division of marketing and business development.
Operations ManagerMichelle Hasbany
With a B.S and MBA in Accounting from the Lebanese American University, Michelle brings sought-after experience in the essentials of omnichannel banking in several key companies in Lebanon. After long experience in this key area, she now focuses on placing Lebanese talent within international companies looking to scale their teams regionally. She manages the day-to-day operations of Outsource2Lebanon.
